The discount medical, health and drug benefits (The Plan) are NOT insurance, a health insurance policy, a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan or a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act. The Plan provides discounts for certain medical services, pharmaceutical supplies, prescription drugs or medical equipment and supplies offered by providers who have agreed to participate in the Plan.
The range of discounts for medical, pharmacy or ancillary services offered under The Plan will vary depending on the type of provider and products or services received. The Plan does not make and is prohibited from making members payments to providers for products or services received under The Plan.
The plan member is required and obligated to pay for all discounted prescription drugs, medical and pharmaceutical supplies, services and equipment received under The Plan, but will receive a discount on certain identified medical, pharmaceutical supplies, prescription drugs, medical equipment and supplies from providers in The Plan.

Eye Med Limitations / Exclusions
Orthoptic or vision training, subnormal vision aids and any associated supplemental testing. Medical and/or surgical treatment of the eye, eyes or supporting structures. Corrective eyewear required by an employer as a condition of employment and safety eyewear unless specifically covered under plan. Services provided as a result of any Worker’s Compensation law.

Cancellation Policy
At MBG, we prioritize transparency and fairness in all our dealings, including our cancellation policy. We understand that circumstances may change, and members may need to cancel their enrollment in our healthcare member program.
Below, we outline our cancellation policy to provide clarity and ensure a smooth process for all parties involved:
Cancellation Period:
Members have up to 72 hours from the time of enrollment to cancel their membership for a full refund.
Refund Amount:
Upon cancellation within the specified 72-hour window, members will receive a full refund of their membership fees.
Cancellation Procedure:
To initiate a cancellation request, members must contact our customer support team within the 72-hour period. You can reach us via phone at 1-866-816-6786 during our operating hours of 8:00AM-7:00PM EST, Monday through Friday, or via email at support@enrollfirst.com. (Please note that email cancellations must originate from the same email address used for MBG membership registration.)
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2 business days. Credit card refunds typically appear within 1-2 business days, while bank draft refunds may take 7-10 business days. Please be aware that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's policies.
Exceptions:
After the 72-hour cancellation period has lapsed, refunds will not be issued for membership cancellations. However, members retain the option to terminate their membership at any time. Please note that no refunds will be provided beyond the initial 72-hour window, except for requested cancellations made between the 15th and 25th for the following month’s membership.

This cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of MBG. Any updates or modifications to the policy will be promptly communicated to members via email and/or notification on our website.
